Christmas Hangover

Good Lord the carb and sugar intake these past few weeks with all of the holiday festivities has been astronomical... true it's hard to differentiate between poor diet choice weight gain and baby weight gain but regardless I need some grace from Jesus.

I've realized that how loved I feel by Jesus depends entirely on how healthy I've been lately. God give me grace...
